Margaret Webb serves as the Clinical Director of Beeu2day, bringing over six years of experience as a registered behaviour support practitioner under the NDIS advanced category. She has lectured in the Bachelor of Inclusive Education and Disability and the Masters of Teaching - Diversity in the Classroom programs. Margaret adopts a passionate and holistic approach to understanding behavior, ensuring her work is grounded in research-based practices, including the CPS model.
Effective support workers play a crucial role in fostering collaboration to assist participants in achieving their goals. They work closely with individuals, understanding their needs and preferences, while also coordinating with other professionals to provide comprehensive support. By building strong relationships and practicing listening, these workers create an environment of trust and empowerment. Beeu2day offers effective therapy assistants dedicated to helping individuals build essential executive functioning skills. Our team is trained model strategies from individualised behaviour support plans, ensuring support for each client. With a focus on practical techniques, we empower individuals enhance their organizational, planning, and self-regulation abilities for greater success in daily life.
